- Fully mobile. You park it where it sits: driveway, parking lot, workplace. We bring everything. No drop-off, no pickup, no waiting rooms.
- How long does a full detail take?
- Sedan in standard condition: 4 to 5 hours. Mid-size SUV or truck: 5 to 7 hours. Heavy-condition vehicles are quoted individually before scheduling. The clock does not get cut short.
- What is the Standing Detail program?
- A 6-week recurring service. The first visit is at the standard full-detail rate; that establishes the baseline. Every visit after that is shorter because the vehicle stays clean between appointments. Your rate is locked, your slot is priority-scheduled, and you can cancel anytime.
- What if the result is not what I expected?
- We come back and fix it. No charge, no argument.
- Where do these reviews come from?
- Reviews are pulled from real customers who booked service through BayShine. The aggregation widget loads them directly from the review source so the page reflects current standing, not curated snapshots.
- How does BayShine handle a negative review?
- Direct. If a result missed the standard, the answer is to come back and fix it at no charge before any review conversation happens. If the review is already posted, we respond on the platform with the actual sequence of what happened and what we did about it. No deflection, no template replies.
- How do I leave a review after my service?
- After your appointment we send a short follow-up with a direct link to the review platform. If you want to leave one without waiting, search BayShine Detailing on Google and use the Write a Review button on the business profile.
